The monthly rent includes all utilities—electricity, heating, and internet. A deposit will be required, and a sublease agreement will be signed. We are looking to rent to either a couple or a single person—the apartment is not suitable for a shared flat. Centrally located in the popular Kreuzviertel area! Plenty of cafés and restaurants, a young and vibrant atmosphere, and excellent connections via public transport as well as by car (B1/A40). Wir würden gerne an ein Paar oder eine Einzelperson vermieten, die Wohnung ist nicht WG-geeignet. Zentral, im beliebten Kreuzviertel! Viele Cafes und Restaurants, junge Leute und gute Anbindung sowohl mit den Öffis als auch mit dem Auto zur B1/A40.
