The apartment is located on the ground floor.
It is an exclusive apartment in the "Sachsenhöfen".
In these meet different age groups of residents and there are especially for families many amenities for a relaxing stay. Here are the two existing playgrounds in the object.
There is a double bedroom and 1 cot.
In the living room there is a double sofa bed.
In this you can move freely, relax and also let the little one run once while you relax.
The apartment is quiet despite the center location with nice view, very quiet.
You can walk to Augustus Square and thus the centre of Leipzig in less than 5 minutes. The nearby tram stops are either on the famous "KARLI" or at "Johannisplatz" within a 5-minute walk of the apartment. Other attractions can be easily reached by S (U)train, 5 minutes from the property.

You will find a 65m2 - 2 rooms, separate kitchen, balcony, hallway and bathroom.
The apartment is rented for our guests for sole use. You still have a small private garden area for your sole use, to reach from the balcony
.
As a special convenience you have a private covered balcony and has seating, table which are freely available for their use.
Bedroom - double bed 200x180, closet , storage facilities
For travelling families - we are happy to provide two additional children's travel beds incl. mattresses, blankets, covers.
All rooms are equipped with things we would like to find in apartments / apartments on trips.
A kitchen including all appliances- hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, espresso machine, kettle, toaster....
The living room including sofa, dining table, LED TV
The bathroom has a sink, bathtub / shower in the tub – hairdryer, shower, hygiene articles, diapers in small quantities are also available.

There are of course always fresh bed linen and towels in sufficient quantity.
▪ WASCHEN/DRYING/BÜGELN ▪
Washing and drying of laundry is no problem for using the in-house washing machines and dryers for a small fee.
The necessary washing marks can be purchased from us, unused ones you return.
An iron is available in the apartment.

In the kitchen there is espresso capsule&, coffee maker.Milk frother, kettle.
water has a very good quality in Leipzig and can therefore be used for preparation without hesitation. However, you can use designated mineral water to prepare infant food if necessary. You can buy this at the supermarket Mo-Sat 9-22 o'clock, about 4 minutes away.
